What better piece to post first than one that started it all!
I drew this back in 1998 when I was 7. As a kid, I had already been exposed to a few of the Japanese films, and my reasoning was that the 1998 Godzilla was a "new" Godzilla, thus the funny title. Also at that time, I was putting together my own little encyclopedia (by printing images from a site and putting them in a binder), and for posterity, this drawing went into it. Because of that, this drawing survived the past 25 years.
As for that bottom part, in 2013 and 2017, I made updates to accentuate the development of my art skills over time. I now take all three of them with me to cons to show people - kids and adults alike - that the art had to start SOMEWHERE.
I have been asked if I'll do another, but...I don't think so. I've made my point. Plus, they represent my general advice to young artists, the Three Ps - Patience, Practice, Persistence.
