First idea that came to my mind, how does fear feel like? It blinds you, makes unable to speak, chokes you and makes your heart feel as if it was about to be torn out of your chest. It holds you back.
As my hue of choice I used something close to purple - the color of madness.
This is absolutely breathtaking! I'm terrified yet amazed at the same time. You really did a great job here, respect!
I'm going to look through your other pieces next.

The textures are magnificent and I find your choice of color very very interesting. Most people would tend to blood red or some acid green. The purple gives this piece it's special something. It makes me feel anxious and calm at once, this is crazy. Also I really love your style.
How much time did you put into it?

I do get a sense of angst when looking at this picture, it definitely elicits an emotion from the viewer. Great work.

I'm happy to hear it :) I suppose that for most people fear feels the same, just the way of expressing it differs, paintings, songs, poems, funny how completely different media can express the same feeling.
I like this entry a lot. It's simple but very striking. Also the details and textures are incredible!
