for the last two weeks my creativity has been slow and saddening, after countless attempts at sketching something I gave up and resorted to studying other peoples work alone with their techniques.

Today I sat down to sketch with a new mindset and new possibilities, it turned out great. I've had a couple of fundamental issues with my painting and in this, I see great progress towards resolving it!

Next time, I will spend more efficient time on details. I want to spread the details over the painting like peanut butter on a sandwich!

I enjoy your art, takes stress off my mind. Nice job, and hopefully your art block goes away fully sometime soon.

Acrylla responds:

Thanks, glad to hear someone likes it! Art block is a very hard thing to deal with, but I think those things will get easier over time as I invest more time and thought into what I do :)

Artist block is horrid. Anyway I love the coloring. Amazing work on the perspective and textures.

Acrylla responds:

Artist block is the worst thing, hopefully I shook it loose yesterday but we'll see. I'll try doing another one today if I have time, school is a factor!
Thanks for your comment :)

Love the Author Comment, a struggle many of us understand and can relate to. Keep fighting the good fight! I find running around with thumbnails is fun and helpful.

Overall its a fantastic start and I can't wait to see what you do next :)

Acrylla responds:

Thank you very much! I'm thrilled for the future too, seeing as i've only been doing this for three months I am really excited to see what another three could do :)
