I love the game aesthetics and mechanics, but I hate how it is build around life service. I would love to have as a 60$ full game. It is kind of a dick move to make you pay real money for lifes in a "souls-like" game. If had to pay for each death I had in Bloodborne, I would be homeless.

The fact that this game could have been so much fun! If it weren't for the fact that it had an extra live system of an overpriced arcade machine that instead to ask for an other 50 cent to get an extra live it instead ask you to cram a full dollar or even two in it. Also the controls where sadly a little bit stiff.. But the style! The Idea! If they just tossed the whole pay for an extra live idea away. Keep the fact that if your character dies it is lost. But instead put a progressive system in so that dying doesn't feel like a mayor setback. I think we would have had a solid game in our hands. And a more forgiving and fun one as well.
