Next time try a Toon Shader. You need to swich to Cycles though.
Not sure whether to put this in 3D or Pixel Art...
Either way, I've been playing around with Blender recently and it's very cool for making pixel art. Just render it at a super low resolution and you've basically got pixel art. Not "true" "real" "authentic" "hand-pixeled" pixel art, but it still looks neat!

How do you turn anti aliasing off?
In the properties panel on the right side of blender under the "render" tab, (should be there by default) beneath the dimensions, there should be an anti-aliasing checkbox. just check it off and you'll get ya nice jagged edges.
