Not so ironic
Unless I'm mistaken, the point of this game is to point out how the media sexualizes young girls even though society tells us that young girls are not supposed to be sexy.
However, of the 5 pictures of ladies under 18 only Hilary Duff's was overtly sexual. None of the others were exposing themselves.
This quiz is actually very easy because it follows what conclusion your brain would leap too: if the breasts are at all exposed, it's an adult. So no hipocracy is exposed in this game.

I'm underage, so who gives a fuck if I fuck underage girls? LoL. When you think about it, it is and isn't illegal, as we'd both be underage.
