Campaign

You are a lone bowman facing hordes (specifically 25 waves) of enemies. Read the cheesy bestiary for more info, but basically they will chase and melee attack you. Then some will have projectiles, some will teleport, and there are other less significant effects, but obviously there will be harder enemy types as the game progresses. Every fifth wave is the boss, who has a few minions.

The general strategy is to run around the main bulk of the enemies in a circle, firing inwards. This keeps you on the move and makes it harder for them to attack. The same strategy applies for bosses. When you have multiple arrows, the closer you are to enemies (especially bosses), the more hits they will take. Collect money when it is safe - buying health potions to recover health between waves gets more expensive as the game goes on, so especially for most of the game it's worth not getting hurt. Despite that, try and enter a wave with more than 80 health if possible. Dropped bows are worth going for, as even if they aren't an upgrade they tend to sell for a lot of money.

I would save up money for new bows rather than new arrow types, but feel free to try get both. Remembering to heal till you have over 80 health is a safe option. In terms of upgrades, manoeuvrability is very important, so you want to upgrade speed (prevention is better than the cure)! Skill is in my opinion the next most important to deal more damage per attack. Focus on these, but try and balance them with health and armour as best you can. Enchanting whichever bow you have as you go along seems to work pretty well.

Every 15 achievements (kind of) gets you a different armour type, which can be worn without counting as a cheat - these can significantly makes things easier. In order, these give you:

1. 25% more gold per pickup
2. Health regeneration (slow)
3. More arrow damage
4. Twice the chance of getting a bow drop
5. All of the above

   Survival

   Using the same tactics as in the campaign, survive for as long as you can. This time you pick up bows and arrows which upgrade with the waves. Remember to upgrade when you can.

   Medals

   First kill - Kill First Enemy - 5 points

• Wave 1 complete, untouched

Complete wave 1 of campaign without getting hit. Just dodge them all.

• Wave complete, 100% accuracy

Complete a wave in campaign (preferably wave 1) with all you arrows hitting enemies. Get close to them if you want to make sure, because some don't walk in a straight line. Alternatively wait till there are many enemies.

• Game complete with level 2 armor

Complete campaign wearing the level 2 armour. On the achievements menu, click on an unlocked armour to equip it, and again to remove it. Armours are unlocked every 20 achievements.

• Game complete with level 3 armor

Complete campaign wearing the level 3 armour.

• Game complete with level 4 armor

Complete campaign wearing the level 4 armour.

• Game complete with level 5 armor

Complete campaign wearing the level 5 armour.

• Game complete with level 6 armor
