This game is a shot-by-shot playable remake of Krinkel's Madness Consternation. Once you beat the game in normal mode for the first time, you'll unlock Madness mode, which is more difficult.

Normal mode video walkthrough
Note: later, some parts of this guide will point to certain times in the video. Those times are in the video above.

• You can take breaks from the game on screens with only grunts such that you have to walk to the next level.
• Hotdogs are worth +3 health
• Let the boss kill the enemies for you.
• Try to hold a weapon before advancing to the next screen.
• Dying will reset your held weapon to the SMG.
• In boss battles as soon as you run out ammo and drop your weapon, a new grunt will appear with a weapon. If you do not pick the grunt's gun up in time, another grunt will come.
• You can stop weapons from disappearing if you keep swapping them by constantly picking them up and dropping your held one.
• Keep the chainsaw. The chainsaw seems to take significantly longer to disappear so you can save some saw ammo by switching weapons when fighting against grunts.

  Boss Form 1

  * Let him hit the hotdog stand and collect the hotdogs.
• Jump whenever you see a fist in the air.
• Shoot up.
• He'll throw you to the next screen below 1100 health.

  Boss Form 2

• Jump as soon as you see a fist move into position.
• Exit as soon as the way becomes clear which is below 900 health.

  Boss Form 3

• He will start by making the 3 holes.
• He has a pattern - he will throw fists for 3 times then do his flame breath.
• After he breaks the entire roof, exit to the left ASAP which is below 700 health.

  Boss Form 4

• He basically has two attacks here: flame breath along the ground, and a fist up high.
• You can hang from the pipe up top.
• Don't hang from the rail until he does his flame breath as you will typically not have enough time to drop to avoid his fist.
• He'll throw you to the next screen at below 500 health.

  Boss Form 5

• Just wait on the ground til he cocks the gun and then jump and shoot.
• Let him kill the grunts.
• He'll come down and whack you to the next screen at below 200 health.

  Boss Form 6

• Make sure to get the chainsaw.
• If you are low on health before completing the screen with the chainsaw, die do you have full health and don't lose the chainsaw.
• Just stay near him and jump and shoot down on him.
• Below 200 Health, he'll send you to the next screen.

  Boss Form 7

• The final form has only one attack: arcing fireballs
• Jumping can be hazardous as the fireballs will arc.
• Best bet is to lure the grunts into the fireballs.
• If you have the chainsaw still, this battle is a cinch. Since you are still hlding a weapon, no new grunts will appear. So just hit the head and move back when he shoots a fireball into the air and then go back to hitting him.

Let the clown crawl away off the screen at the end of the game. Not shown in video. True face of evil - Reveal the true face of evil - 25 Points
PUNCH the clown as he crawls away. Don't shoot or saw. There is no ONE true face of evil. There are several. Video @ 9:30 Madness mode - Defeat Madness Mode! - 50 Points In Madness Mode, the boss has double the health, enemies are all smarter and take more damage, and a couple of other easter eggs are hidden.
