This is my second flash movie ive ever made. I think ive improved quite a bit. I found the whole song in a search engine, im pretty sure it has somting to do with the harlem globe trotters so i ddnt make the sound ok? And yeah I know the file is huge, the music made the movie pretty big, but bare with me. I tried to compress it as much as i could and I got to this so enjoy!

That was a cute little flash.
What you need to work on, however, is to detail your background and characters more. A simple blue and green background is easy to do, but not very impressive. If you take the time to add little things like a crowd (which can be very easy to do), or lines on the court (or a court, for that matter), more characters, etc. It will be rated much higher.
Also, having more sound effects and voices is a good plus.
It was a nice little animation (and I really don't think it was stolen.. obviously the sound clip is famous) and I hope to see your future projects progress.
