UPDATE: Well for some reason, my movies keep winding up in the portal. This movie is really old, from back when I was learning flash. I suggest you watch some of my newer stuff, like tactical diplomacy.

For those of you that didn't like the animation in part 1, I have improved greatly. The characters' faces are more detailed an so are the guns. Enjoy.

I'm liking this series

probably because it has a plot, unlike most of what's on Newgrounds. Good job.

((( NICE WORK )))

Wow im just amazed, this series has the feel of a real movie, the set up part when all the cops or agents gathering to arrest him was just the most awsome scene ever, and then pulling away with the gunfirs was intence, the character designs are awsome, this cant ened, some awsome art style and flash directing on newgrounds, great work...

MOVIE COMMENTARY: One of the most best scenes in a flash movie, well directed, well animated, this reviewer gives it an A+ all the way...

~X~

Better work

After watching Tactical Diplomacy, I decided to watch your old ones. Good work here.

That was much better than Part 1!

Excellent work on the guns, I commend you greatly for that, your sound was also excellent. Nice work on the characters, much better also! The only things I can suggest to you are the following:
-Work more on your backgrounds, they are really simplistic and 2 dimensional as they stand, you could really create the illusion of 3D with more perspective and detail, there are lots of books which teach perspective, and internet sites as well, just search google
-If possible, get some voice actors, voice acting adds a dimension to any movie!
-Use more shadows, these add a dynamic, dramatic feel to a movie and help increase mood
Other than that, Excellent work, and I'll be looking for more stuff from you in the future!

very cool

i liked it... and it is very obvious that you definetly did make this one much more detailed and with greater precision... nicely done.
