A simple, yet addictive puzzle game. I spent about 12 hours on it total (including graphics). Based on a game by Adam Pedersen. Rules are in the preloader. I chose not to add sound to keep the file size as small as possible.
If you want to compete for a high score, you can play this game at http://www.clockcrew.cc/
bbs/proarcade.php. Beware though, they've had three weeks to practice and Cadji up to 37,000 already, while ZombieClock has over 52,000! I would be interested in adding high score capability for the game here on Newgrounds as well *nudge nudge, wink wink*
Note about sound: This was a real dilemma for me, because if I didn't add sound, the biggest complaint would be that there was no sound, and if I did add sound, the biggest complaint would be that the sound is "too repetitive". I mean, I could make a little thud noise whenever a block was placed or maybe a rotate noise, and I could put in a 20 second sound loop, and people wouldn't be able to play a full game because the sound would piss them off too much. So I decided to keep the sound out so you can listen to what you want on your comp and to keep the file size down to boot.
