Ok, I worked my ass off on this thing. It was completely lost 3 times before with computer crashes. But I was lucky this time...
Out of the 56 Comp crashes I managed to get out version 1.0 of this game.
Tips
FBI cars are bulletproof watch for it's weakness.
ATF cars are bullet proof, except it has left a tiny section of weak metal look for it and hit it.
