Hard...yet, easy.
Beat it on my... wait, I can't count THAT high... whatever. I found out it's easier than it looks. I like most negotiators, but this one wasn't that interesting.

Interrupt before/after insults are made.
Let them both get their stories through.
Show that NOBODY is right. (Big hint)

Big fan of your work
I enjoy these situations but I think they could use some more absurd aspects to appeal more to the general public. In this one there could be a way to get them so enraged at eachother (or you) that the argument becomes physical. This may get people more interested and cause them to poke around the scenario a bit more.
PS.
Yes, I enjoyed Ambition episode 2 where Helen punched everyone, regardless of the fact that Ted blew us all to hell
