the animation was kind of weak, but since those fag-tubbies get wasted i think you deserve a 3, try and get some tips from the tutorials in newgrounds, they helped me alot, also nex time try and make your own teletubbies pics and give it a little movement, you could edit some sprites or something, it takes longer, but it is really worth it. one more thing, the part in the dumpland..i mean were you on crack or something?? It was out of this world!
