This is my first all-Flash anime short, and first submission to any site like this.

This is not broad comedy -- it is intended for a literary audience, specifically fans of the writings of H.P. Lovecraft. If you are not such a person and watch this anyway, you may want to read this first before you write a review.

The voice actresses, for those who wondered, are linked to on my own site, and you can look forward to hearing them again in upcoming animation projects.

For more info on H.P. Lovecraft and his works referenced in this short, I highly recommend this site: http://www.gizmology.net/lovecraft/

what an great art of artist of 2005

I'm a huge H.P. Lovecraft fan, but still found this to be an amusing parody. Of course, the ending is what made it even funnier! Indeed, Mr. Lovecraft would be flipping out in his grave if he knew about those two little girls ruining the Great Cthulhu, lol. Anyway, great job on the animation and voice acting!

It's short to say the least, but at least it delivers the punchline well. Plus for an animation that was made in 2003, it's surprisingly quite fluid. While nowadays you could see better flash animation, back then you could the how well the frames sync up.

This was probably too short, but I still liked it a lot. It's probably because of how good the animation is. I mean, this is so adorable! So that's what H. P. Lovecraft's full name was! It didn't make him literally roll in his grave, but it was close. The animation is so good.

This was one of the first times I think I hear of Cthluhu. I pronounced his name wrong at first. I just love how happy it is. Yeah, it's kind of dopey, but great for a short cartoon. These voices are so adorable too!

You know, considering that this animation is over 10 years old and was made on a far more primitive version of Flash than what we have today, I'd say this animation holds up surprisingly well. Well done Mr. Touched.
