This wasn't much of a tutorial as it was just as much of a short instruction of outlines and that was it. if it was more expansive i would have enjoyed it more. But then again this 15 years 2 months 14 days old so... meh.

I made this flash so people could make better flash this shows you one secret that i finally figured out after many years of messing around with flash. To Make better art you dont have to be very good drawer this shows you how to make it look better. Enjoy!

Vara, you use FLASH to make flashes. I don't think you could have tried any less to get yourself an answer. THERE'S ALWAYS GOOGLE LOL.
