Pretty good
The animation wasn't that good but it was made ages ago so we'll forget about that. I liked it. Retardo was a soviet so I'm guessing that the other guy was German or something? Anyways it was good.
On an unrelated note, I know I've heard that music somewhere else but I can't put my finger on it.

A Strong Message
~Good~
This flash may be quite simple and somewhat comedic but it does deliver quite a strong message. This character, Retardo, was best friends with some guy until he was drafted into the war as I child I presume. He then leaves for war, meeting his friend on the opposite side and must duel him until the area is bombed. A nice storyline to the flash, a lot of effort seemed to have went into this, some things such as his name added little humor to the flash to add more drama. The pace and sense of timing was well played out keep up the nice work.
~Improve~
The backgrounds were very plain and simple and could use quite a bit of tidying up. The introduction could have been longer to help us know his best friend a little bit more to make it just a little more emotionally touching than it actually was.
~Overall~
A great flash, the quality seems a bit danted since a decade but still an excellent flash to watch at any given time I shall surely come back to this one time in the near future hopefully.
