"Needs improvement"

I don't mind if you use cut out pictures to make a flash it could be very stylized and funny. However, in doing so you've got to add more to the rest of the piece. For example the helicopters made no noise and they should even if it is just you making silly noises. I guess what I am saying is if you cut one department you need to boost the others.

^^Good Points^^
Once you can look beyond the terrible graphics, this movie has some redeeming points. Parts of this were funny, like the scene with the white house, which just sounded funny to me. The concept is not too bad either, at least it's original.

^^Needs Improving^
The graphics were terrible, as I said above. You need to learn how to trace bitmaps next time, so you can get rid of the white backgrounds to all of your images. This way, you can animate smoother and you can also have more backgrounds as well. Also, work on the animations, they were pretty choppy.

sure it's kinda funny, but you can make something funny AND have good animation. I mean everything in that flash looked like shitty paper cutouts of toys >_<. The shittiness of this flash will be with me for eternity to remind me of how much shit there actually are on Newgrounds. AGHH I HATED THIS SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was stupied ass hell but it was kinda funny
