8-Bit? Animated? Say it ain't so!

I didn't enjoy this movie. Not one bit. Not on any level. Lot by any stretch of the imagination, even though I'm a huge fan of the comic. And I know why. 8-Bit Theater was never meant to be animated. Part of the charm of the comic is that, well, it's a comic. Making 8-Bit Theater into a cartoon is like, well, turning something like JTHM, or let's say Calvin and Hobbes (for you Vasquez-deprived) into a cartoon. Nobody wants some voiceover actor giving Hobbes a voice. Bill Waterson fought for years to keep his work from such syndication, and I think it's sad that BM and crew should make such a fall from grace.

Ugh...great comic, shitty animation.

The comic is amazing, Brian rules. All of the voice actors on this butchered rendering of his comic remind me of anime dubs...horrible, out of place, and unmatched voiced. BM sounds like hes on a stoma for fucks sake... :| anyhow, good job for animating it, and taking the time to do so, but get better voice actors next time.

Listen up turkeys, 'cause there's something you need to know. THIS SUCKS. Regardless of approval, this is just someone else's jokes with bad sound and bad animation. The voices are terrible and the accents ill-chosen, and the delivery is just blasphemously bad. You people mindlessly vote 5 simply because you a) like 8-bit theater or b) like the jokes. The only good thing about this thing is the intro, and even that needs work. So, in summary, this is an awful piece of crap that gets its popularity by drawing off something else, and by voting 5 on it, you are keeping better, more deserving animations (such as anything from Legendary Frog) down. Wake up people.

my ears cant bleed much more...

dude the concept of this was fuggin awsome, but the voices... wow, i love 8-bit but b.m was not a robot, nor should he have a robotic voice. if you changed that it would be awsome.
