I'm gonna give you money!

LOL, no just kidding I am a poor bastard. Anyway, I sorta liked this animation, but I liked reading it better. Having read every single 8-Bit Theater ever created, I can say, you captured it essence about 50-75%. Your comic timing is off. I have written series like these before and actually made one very similar to 8-Bit Theater once. The comedy of all my cartoons was very, very similar. In fact most of my friends thought I was making the series under an assumed name. Only difference is I am a crappy artist, and am incapable of even creating 2D sprites! LOL. Anyway, my suggestion to you is to read the cartoon again, but this time, realize that there are implied comedic pauses, carefully calculated close ups, and quickly paced dialogue. Also, I think the voices could use a bit of work, especially the black mage. Your animation is absolutely excellent though, it kept the 8-Bit feel perfectly. Also, if I were you I'd start finding another job cause I seriously doubt anyone on earth could live off of making flash for NG! LOL! Good luck in life!
