I haven't made a cartoon in over a month and for the moment I'm just burnt out on animating all together... This is what I came up with without animating the hell out of something, please rate on humor and graphics, but don't waste time rating the animation.

Dude,your obviously a libral dumbass who is so brainwashed by the untrue trash that the democrats keep feeding people through the media.
I will admit, Bush isnt a very good speaker, but he is far from dumb, he's alot more better than the past presedents we've had *cough*cough*clinton*cough*cou gh* But im not going to rank you to unfairly,my brother could have drawn your George Bush so I hearby give you a 2 in graphics, the sound was just fucking annoying so I give you a 0 there, your voice actor sucks. Being that all of this movie is Bull Shit and untrue cheap shots at GW I award you with a 0 in style. And finally, although everything else did suck, the testicle thing was sorta funny, but it sucked either way, so i give you a 0 in humor, which is probably how many testecles you have. Dont do movies on politics you suck in that area-no....dont do movies at all because this one bites either way. Merry Christmas!!
