Okay, this is Episode 7 of a series i keep on doing in my website, i got better as time went on and am currently on Episode14 where most things not perfect in 7 have been fixed, but the plot is too complicated to attempt putting on newgrounds.
Episode 4 was at one point on newgrounds to explain who PECKER was and that his name means Prototype Enemy Containing Killer Energy Release, that Mr Dark love making crappy acronyms, and that Mega Man beat PECKER by taking off his helmet and ranting like an idiot until he malfunctioned due to a short in his reasoning circuit. But people voted they didn't like that episode, so if you want to see it, go to the website. Other than that, the plot is pretty self explanitory.
All music and most sprites (before editing them) came from Mega Man 7 for the SNES.
and YES, the cartoons get better with time but i refuse to go back and change the old episodes, partly because the .fla and .swi files are lost, and partly because it gives me tangible proof that i'm getting better at this.
