Don't ask to not be blammed. Instead try working hard at your craft and show up with a completed work, not just an animation test.
Sidenote: Try working with a higher framerate. Madness cartoons usually work on tweens and symbols, so the more frames per second, the more inbetween frames there are to smooth out the motion. 24 or 30 would be about right
