It's not bad, don't get me wrong, but this doesn't feel like something that should be on Newgrounds. instead it belongs on Youtube. Newgrounds has a certain reputation. Things that are funny, unique, strange and/or interesting get more love and therefore will have a higher chance of being on the top page. In that regard, this was pointless. If you would have just submitted the fanart as is instead of making a speed paint video you would have saved a lot of time and have a easier time reaching the masses. In other words, no one is going to search the video section for something belonging in the art section. Sorry.
While I respect your opinion, I just have to say that when Tom personally invited me to post things on here I was not looking to make any Front Page status. I only do these videos because the people that follow me ask me to do it. It's for them and no one else.
I would definitely appreciate it if you could not leave these kind of comments that could discourage some of my followers learning about art. If you don't like the videos, don't watch them.
