I like the game, but the sound glitches after and during a battle.

SOMEthing about the fighting mechanics need to be changed. Armor appears useles, unless it is making it more difficult for enenmies to max their damage, in which case it needs to do a little more. It shouldn't lower accuracy, though. The Goblin needs to do 2 attacks OR up to 11 damage per hit OR have insane accuracy, not all three at once. Save scumming is the only way to beat her at the moment. The Orc needs to have some really low accuracy, too. I'm not going to say decrease its attack since it is a goddamn Orc, but don't let it hit all the goddamn time. Also, give me a reason to use any weapon besides the Halberd or (eventually) Lucerne; show me their accuracy, assuming you keep that mechanic. Lastly, please make the inn a flat rate. It can go up a tiny bit with each fight, but sometimes I was paying more money to heal than I got for the win. That can be fixed by upping the payout of the Goblin or Orc, but I need to make some money in order to use the better items right now.

The game has great art and writing so far, but I'm not going to make it much farther for much longer. If progress were manageable, then I'd have a reason to go for it.

You miss way too much and that combined with the ridiculous amount of damage the enemy can do makes the game not fun.

so far I encountered a few problems;

Goblin; even though I am level 4, she is still kicking my ass. seems the double attack option is a bit ridiculous in that her DPS is just insane. I only managed to beat her once out of sheer luck. hopefully the amount of damage she does is lowered to make it a bit easier.

Music; there was a time that the music was overlapping itself, causing the mute button to only cut out the first bit. though the music would still play. it managed to overlap itself three times in a row. Other than what was stated, the music is great.

Art; it's decent, though unfortunately since I wasn't able to progress further than the goblin Iwasn't able to see the rest of the characters.

Armor: what is the purpose of armor? is it the lower your rating the better defense you get? I am lost on how it works.

Other; I really hope that there is an option to screw the innkeeper and the weapon shopkeeper, both are tremendously attractive. also, what do the +x weapons benefit from? I am unable to tell how they work. Descriptions for the usable items would be useful as well.

Overall; I give it a 3/5. the thing that brings this to where it is now is the goblin fight. though there is potential in the game I look forward to seeing progress for this

Defense is weird? can't tell if it's actually helping or not. Other than that and missing 6 attacks in a row and losing a battle I could've won in one hit, it's really. Make stats more clear and fix the bad accuracy and it would be perfect.
