Not bad man theres a lot you could improve on though. Your biggest strength is that you're thinking a lot about shot composition and framing which is pretty good.
Your art style could be a lot cleaner though and I'd spend more time making a set of mouths for each sound that looks really clean so that lip synch is taken care of from the beginning since you're using a lot of it.
As far as shading I'd think about light source, which is going to usually by diagonally from above like the sun or a light in the room. Right now your shading looks like it's coming from the left or right.
Also you have a lot of lines intersecting things where they shouldn't you might wanna think about cleaning up. Also just using less heavy lines in general.
The voice acting could also use work.
Lastly I'd try to cut your next cartoon down about half the length. Even the title screen was there for about twice along as it needed to be.
