Over all, it's not terrible... You're style of approach seems to be a hybrid between video-essay and a conversation in the school hall or on the side of the street... so if that was your intention, it was accomplished. If it was intended as a pure essay (even with just a hint of convo') then you might want to work on preparations from storyboard thru script-writing. That much is about style, and it's more on your intentions than whether or not something is "good"... no need to bash from me (one way or the other)...
Of course, with any careful critique, some attention should be paid to actually help. That means I believe in offering a few ideas to give you a better chance of higher ratings and better comments from your next upload. It also means I don't think someone should just blindly comment "it sucks" without pointing out what sucks and offering something that could be done about the sucking...
First, with the constant flows of 'upgrade models' out there, you did good to single out just a couple for illustration, and kept the video relatively brief while proving your point. A suggestion to improve this, with regard to upgrading a PS4 to a PS4 slim, you might consider illustrating a side-by-side comparison, and point out the price difference. Then asking why anyone is dumb enough to pay so much money for an 'upgrade' that only makes the thing smaller? (Skinnier) It's actually going to be cheaper to manufacture, so we (consumers) who fall for this are double-rewarding the corporates for such horrible behavior... (that's offering a valid argument) As for the Nintendo Twitch... You could suggest it as the "Nintendo Glitch" (funnier) and it can "still be an upgrade from the Wii"... desperately needed... (This seemed like you wanted to muck-rake, so go for it)...
Now, my single greatest point for you (BIGgest improvement for least investment) has to do with audio. You're on YouTube, so please check out Cinefix. You can get a lot more good ideas and hep with their movie lists, and you won't be reading me all day. I know, I'm not that interesting.
For your audio, you kind of need to tone down the background music. I'm sure you can work with something that has settings or find an app' for that, but it does tend to dominate. On the other side of this, you simply must remember that you have a presentation here. I am your audience. I'd only click this thing because I actually wanted to see and here YOU. Since you clearly have something to say, say it like you've got a pair! Sound off, because you've already gone through all the work to build this presentation, you should be proud of your message. it takes a little practice, so write up the lines, even practice like a speech for school (remember those) and edit where the words seem to get wonky. When you record your voice work, you need it to be clear, dominant in the audio track, and distinctly yours. (or whoever is actually doing the voice-work per character) As Cinefix would put it, "where good visuals knock on the front door to our conscious and come in through our eyes, good audio sneaks into our unconscious through the back way... our ears." So... audio will make you or break you. Hate to be so blunt, but it's a truth that frustrates everyone in the arts world.
Now, that's a bit to read and digest, so take your time. Come back to it from time to time, or even jot a few notes you can glean that might help you out. I really do mean to help. And finally, don't forget to dismiss the haters. You'll likely see a share of filth-spewing posts and derogatory remarks, with little or no helpful advice, so we all have to deal with it, and most of us just forget about it :)
Breathe, relax, and keep on keeping on... you can get there from here.

Absolutely horrific plot and presentation. The structure of your informational assay of the topic inevitably brought on a redundant bias that drew little attention to the punctum of the scenario. Please, improve on your format.

Okay, the quality is terrible and it does not sound like you practiced. Your using an I phone 7 youtube commercial type video! The music takes over all of the sound.
