=== The idea ===
An "avoid" platformer game where you have to drill your way to the exit without being spotted by anyone, you also have to find the key to unlock the exit first.

I was inspired to make this game from games like Mine Craft, Terraria and some MS-DOS games.
======

=== Technical note ===
If the game doesn't work for you on Chrome then make sure you've got the most recent version of Chrome or use a browser like FireFox. game maker has issues with old version of chrome.

This game might run slower on some computers depending on the hardware you're using.
======

=== General details ===
This is an endless game that uses procedural generation.
It was meant to look like one of those old MS-DOS games (Which i really like by the way)
It was made in about 2 days and around 10 hours of work so it was really rushed.

I like the idea, but it could be have been executed alot better :) You'll get better with each game, just keep making and making. The feedback on this game is really good feedback, take it and put it somewhere safe (here works too). Try adding some kind of story, a goal or motivation. The game also felt a bit clunky and hard to manoeuvre, try adding small details like when the block gets drilled particles get bounced off and it smoothly fades away or something. Little things like that are things that the user doesn't really see but feels. Can't wait to see your future work, keep it up!

Thanks for the input!
Will keep it in mind in the future :)

It's hard for me to play this game, I have a high end computer but after every game over it freezes my computer up for like 10 seconds or so. The gameplay....moving around is weird, I find it hard to play. I feel the graphics could use some work but not bad, but gameplay and bugs could be fixed. Not bad though but...need work.

TheOverGhoul responds:

Yeah, sorry about that.
I agree actually, this is a pretty bad game, though it could be better if i would work on it some more, sadly i'm completely busy at the moment and i can't make some time for this game and its bugs.
Anyway, thanks for the review :)

The game's definitely playable, but it gets pretty boring very quickly. Even though this is an endless game, there has to be something to answer "Should I keep playing this game?" with "Yes, because...." This could be some kind of end goal, story, upgrades, etc. The art style does remind me of the older games. If anything, some better character designs would be nice. One other note, there was one time I got stuck to the ceiling after going to high. That might be a bug. Anyway, I can't complain too much because this was made in a rush. It still was pretty fun to play for a few minutes.

TheOverGhoul responds:

Thank you, glad you enjoyed it, even if it was only for a few minutes, also the ceiling bug i think is because the player is spawned in a random point and sometimes that point is exactly on top of the bounding boxes i have so the player object wouldn't jump out of the screen or fall off of it or something.
I understand what you mean, personally, i'm not very proud of this game and i wanted to make it more "awesome" sadly, i had 2 days to make this so maybe if i ever get around to making another version of this game i'll add some things like upgrades, more story and etc. because you're right, there really needs to be a reason to keep playing games like these.

Again, thank you for the review :)
