I loved how the scene with the train was animated, it made me feel very happy. As for the story: you don't see people trying to convey that message as often in animation & film. I thought that the story was told well, got its meaning across, and made an impact in quite a short period of time.
Multiplane shots and Trains make me feel very happy too :)
I think this animation is pretty decent. I conveys a lesson that normally doesn't seem to want to be told. The rough animating didn't bother me too much. I actually believe the animation flow tends to go well with the mood and lessons that need to be projected. You have done a good job. :)
