The Parable of the Holy Man

Share Collapse

This parable is about seeing the wisdom in everyone! We often like to put labels on specific people and celebrities, saying that they are wise, and we follow them and emulate their actions and behavior to become better people. This parable takes that idea, and flips it on its head. What if its not just the select few who are wise? What if there is wisdom in all of us?

I certainly liked this, even if it was a little weird. Shouldn't he have thought HE was the holy man? What matters is that this is still a great moral. There are non religious people. I guess you could just call them "holy" as well. The animation is as good as ever.

I especially love the way that door juts out. It's just a nice little effect. Why do you put credits at the beginning? It's still really fun of course. You really do have little idea what will happen next.

Great moral lesson!
In terms of animation the consistency between the characters and the landscapes for me was a bit off - maybe a slight character shadow on the ground could do the trick, try it in the next episode (there will be another episode, right?:) Keep up the good work!

You need a 'closure' to your short animation. by that I mean 'put a 5 second sound-animation at the end of your video.' it ends too abruptly and even though I know it's over, it feels like 'already?where's the rest?'

Thank you!
