Monkey business is a short achievements based arcade game, the goal is to catch as many bananas as you can before the time runs out. The game comes with a few achievements to add to the longevity of the game. There are three types of bananas the player can collect; regular, yellow bananas which adds to the score, brown rotten bananas which decreases the score, and a special shiny banana which acts as a power-up item and makes all the regular bananas on screen gravitate towards the player.
Controls: All the menus in the game are mouse-controlled while during the gameplay the monkey is controlled via the left and right arrow keys.
Try to collect all of the achievements or get a high score. Smile
This game has some addictive play and thats a good thing also wanted to mention that the music was really good and fits well with the content, also some nice graphics here, Some added story would really propell this even more but overall its a fun little game

Pure chance and there's not really any winning strategy or skill to it other than for the avoid all bananas medal. The only skill-requiring medal.
You're just as well to stay in center as the bananas come down randomly and if you race to one side you may miss bananas coming the other side. Then again since it's random it doesn't make that much difference where you are and if the banana isn't extremely close it's not reachable anyway.
High score medals rely mostly on getting lucky enough a good amount of flashing bananas come (some games only one or two come or maybe none, other games you may get like 5) as well as luck of them being close enough to be catchable.
And that's the game.
You can play flawless and still be nowhere close to the upper end medals only because the game didn't give enough bananas or flashing bananas that game. Relies too much on luck.

Not bad. Nice graphics, nice music, somewhat addictive gameplay...I'm mostly just surprised that you're allowed functioning metals in a under-judgement game.
At any rate, I suggest adding in either some form of story, or something by way of either an upgrade system (draw inspiration from 'Upgrade Complete' or other games), or a score board at minimum. In addition, for an 'achievements base arcade game', there aren't any actual in-game achievements, so maybe add those in as well instead of relying soley on newgrounds achievements (especially if you put this on other sites, like Armor Games. Kongregate has achievements though, so...it depends)

Although this game has some technical skill, decent graphics and not a bad sound, it has absolutely no real gameplay, it is painfully unoriginal, dull, boring and has no story to accompany it
There is no reason to play this game, it is just like every other "collect the falling things" type of game that exists, no innovation, nothing
