"Night Night"
Pros:
Completed animation project.

Good color choices. Really matches the whole night time scene. And the opening and closing messages have that moon cheese color that is very space like.

Decent voice acting. It fit the character and is slightly reminiscent of an old loony toons character.

Decent character movement especially with the tail, lip smacking, and lip sync.
Cons:
The backgrounds could use a little work. It may work for the style of cartoon you're doing, but some things look off. (The moon)

The foxes eyes in the beginning are rolling around for some reason. I copied his eye movement and was confused what he was doing.

The audio clicks and sounds unnatural when the fox smacks his chops. This could be fixed with a better microphone or a pop filter if you can't afford a new microphone.

Conclusion:
I give you a 2.5
The length was short and that usually bugs me however! Judging by the description it was a project done in a single night to practice lip sync and acting. So I kept it from going to a 2. Plus it seems that you achieved what you planned for with the lip sync, however the weird eye roll thing keeps this at a 2.5 instead of a 3.
