This game is pretty good! It accuratly shows space physics, even though spinning forever makes it ten times harder. One of my only problems is that ememys sometimes spawn right where your character is, which makes the player lose instantaniously. Also, there should be multiple speeds of spinning if you press the L/R key for longer, so that if you're spinning one way, you can stop with the other key. Really want to see your next games.

The spinning forever thing is meant to add to the difficulty, but I definitely think it can be improved like you say.
I have tried fixing the spawning of enemies before. I haven't figured out how to make them spawn away from the player, but I did try to always make them spawn along the outside of the screen so the player is unlikely to be killed by them spawning right on top of him.
The code should theoretically make this happen, but it isn't for some reason, I'll have to look into it more. Shame with the multiple spinning speeds you mentioned, as I'm unsure how to do that yet.
