Took a few day because of my job but nevertheless it kinda got done. Started this around January was a little hooked on FO4 at the time KL-E-0 was a shopkeep from goodneighbor whom I took an interest in. I might come back and spruce this up at a later date but for now I just need to put something up thanks again.
