Luigi ends his life only to find that the after life is just as bad.
This cartoon features Luigi in his en-devours to end his life.
The joke was alright, but I found the Regular Show-esque style interesting.
Toying with suicide isn't exactly trivial. It could possibly be made the case, but I doubt it here. The only winning point would be that Luigi is still worse at that than Mario, but there's such a dark trend going on... I'm going to have to caution about this sending entirely the worst message you could suggest, and using what nearly amounts to an icon since I was a kid, to boot...
Maybe I just read too much into this, but I doubt I'm the only one who can see it. I'm practically immune to the suicide bate, but there are others... It is kind of cool with the whole ironic twist that there's Mario at the end with a better suicide on top of everything else (even that Luigi was tackling the only legitimate chance he had) but... Even as funny as it might seem on the surface, it's dangerous crap to be fooling with. So... that's all I'm saying. Graphics and audio quality considered, you did good work. Not necessarily exactly to the iconic tradition, but you managed close enough to regard difference as your own style. That's an interpretation of the original, so you go with it. It was simple enough or close enough to the original story to make sense so anyone should "get it". You did a good job overall. I just think you could have put a little more to it, and had a better effect on your audience. There might be the argument that it's a substantive statement against suicide, since Luigi didn't succeed there either, but it's weak since the overall film seems to condone the practice, and as an artist, I can't do that in any good conscience.
Wow. Clorox joke. *triggered*
Amanda Todd is sad.
The art moved the story forward perfectly.
I think its is a great concept.
Although the drawing and animations was bit rougher than i normally prefer i thought in this case it matched the tone of the toon.
Hey man, thanks for the review I thought the same. In my next movie I'm going to try to make it more fluent. Thanks
Damn Poor Luigi even in death he will never compare to Mario lol)
