The good:
-Sleek look
-Sleek sounds
-Puzzle dificulty based on ambient trial and error, not time-pressured button mashing
The bad:
-Puzzles based on random switching of tiles in the more complex levels (radom-button mashing)
-Really, NeurOff and NeurOn shouldn't be two separate games but game modes of the same game (why would you post them as separate games, very dubious).
-There is no punishment for taking a longer time/making more moves
-Which makes the 3-star rating obsolete, as it's impossible to finish a level without obtaining all three stars, and all levels are unlocked from the very beginning.
Overall, a non-competetive brain teaser game, something to perhaps calm you down.
