HI! I'm QuarterMelonClock. And this is a demo of Clock Land, my upcomming feature title. I've put together a nice little level for you to play because i need your feedback! This is my first real game and it's comming along very nicely. I hope to have it out by the end of the year, so keep your eyes peeled!

Things YOU can help with:
First of all, the FRAMERATE, as indicated by the text box at the top of the screen, next to the heading FPS. Please write a review telling me the average frame rate you got and your computer specifications if you can :) Try and tell me the FPS in both HIGH and LOW quality.

Second, bugs. This is a complicated game engine based on a grid style array system. So that means there are bound to be a few small bugs here and there. Just report them in reviews and i'll be right onto them!

Lastly, i have disabled a few features from this demo, mostly for filesize issues.
- The sound is out. Sorry guys, the finished game will be FULLY SOUNDED :D
- You can't die. Yes it's scripted, i can manage it, but i've disabled it in this demo.
- Vehicles. You will be able to drive vehicles in the finiahed game, just like ALEX THE KID!
- Graphical options. In the full version you will be able to customize your graphical options, these options will based on the feed back from your reviews, so get writing!

Thanks.

Good Start

You have a good base to start with. It really needs something to set it apart from the rest though... maybe a different way to dispatch enemies than jumping on their head. Thats a little cliched. Other than that, nice job! I plan on playing the full version.

Simply amazing

I can not wait until the full version comes out.
Great job there quarter melon, I wish I had your AS skills.
My highest fps for high quality was a 20 fps and lowest being 19 fps. Same rates with medium quality, and low quality had a record high of 21 fps. I'm using a wireless broadband connection running on 802.11 g band.
Hope this helped in some way and good luck on finishing up!

Great demo.

Great demo, I found 95 clocks. The only bugs I saw were enemies moving through walls of off of ground before changing direction, they were usually only off by one walk cycle. I averaged 20 fps in high, medium, and low quality. Strange eh? I'm on an AMD 32 bit sempron processor running at 1.5 gigahertz with 384 MB of RAM. The graphics card is a gforce2 gts.

I hope this helps your games development.
