Not bad. Could be better.
You need to flood your story with more dialogue and side characters. Bon mots, Americanisms, European (old world) sayings---you got have these people talking like they each got 3 extra orafices. Don't think just because you're writing a story with Flash animation the old rules don't apply. Some people call that "padding", but I call that an insult. You want my sincerest opinion? Don't hold anything back.
The famous comic book artist Stan Lee put together a Flash animation and turned an episode into NG. That dialogue was FAST, and you understood his story INSIDE and OUT. Tough to do without making a fool of yourself, but that's the challenge.

interesting
The voice of the guy in the top hat with the mustache was really good. The voice of that blonde hair guy sounds so emotionless, even a little robotic. Again, story, graphics, excellent.

this movie has it all.
it's been long since i've seen anything this interesting on the site...aside from the cool funny stuff. Great voices... has that B&W
golden age horror feel like Boris Karloffs thrilles with a bat man feel to it.
i await eagerly for part 4
