A short produced by the Barnhouse Collective

While inside a top down space adventure game, things go wrong when Marcus forgets he is just playing a game, and takes things a little too far.

"Marcus & Kitchen" is a videogame based adventure series that reimagines classic 8-bit arcade games. It revolves around Marcus, a child from the real world with the ability to enter any game he wants. And Kitchen, Marcus's friend and game guardian while inside the games.

Very cool.
I'm reminded of 90's and early 00's cartoon network
The animation was good although with a few hiccups here and there and the voices could have been a bit better.

Hey, this was neat! :D
The animation was nice, and the concept & execution was good, too.

However, the voice acting had me a little unimpressed. Most of the lines seemed mumbled and unclear, it was more difficult than it should have been to hear what they were saying most of the time. I did like Marcus' lines when he started saying "what have I done!", though. The little tiny dog shriek he does there definitely reminded me of "2 Stupid Dogs" (which is a good thing).

Excellent styling and good timing! The voices were pleasing and the 8-bit music was very appropriate.
