- Tanks now are touching the floor
- The player can't drive through enemies
- Smart bullet is now smarter (it wont orbit around enemies)
- Faster bullets
- Transparent power ups

That's strange. It seems to be working well for me.
the idea is there, but this is not finished.
the things i noticed:
*weird controls. (definitely work on that)
*very basic collision detection(bullets don't get detected, and i could drive trough tanks.)
*slow fireing(speed it up just a bit)
the rest is fine, just work on those things!
