Controlled arm. Move it toward the toys. Outline the arm over a toy. Run down the arm that would grab and pull toy.

it' just like real life except you can't throttle it!!!
If there were an ultimate meh rating, this would be it. It doesn't feel like a game at all, and in terms of the simulation tag it was given, it feels like a skeleton of even that much. If this is a first work, good job and add some skill, challenge and an element of actual gamesmanship to it.
It's a decent game, it's just that this music is really annoying, wasn't there any other when making this game?
It's functional, it does what it set out to do, but is there any point? Yeah, you can get stuff if you do it right, which isn't very hard considering the radar makes it piss-easy, but then what? There isn't a proper beginning or end to this, it just IS. But no, let's just toss in a random fucking chance that the item you grabbed will magically pop out of the claw! Let's not make this skill based, that would involve the player too much!
