Surely, (I hope) you are being sarcastic...
First, the picture quality and animation fluidity isn't bad. Audio sync's up well, and everything is worked to get the message across...
Unfortunately, that's the fundamental flaw here. The kid in the 'disruptive corner' (generally a penalty position in class) was poignant, articulate, and well spoken in his (honestly valid) arguments toward the conduct of others in class. While he might've gone a bit far, wishing death upon the other child (eating the glue), he was neither profane nor particularly derogatory... And yet, you decided (God?) should strike him down with lightning.
While potentially seen as satire, this has the possibility of instilling in the audience (particularly those not versed in satire or sarcasm) that just as in this classroom, our ability to articulate a valid argument still doesn't give us any reason to speak when we see something clearly wrong... (whether a child is eating the glue, or perhaps someone is being wrongfully persecuted?) This kind of content should be reconsidered and very carefully, something a LOT of media and artists simply don't think about. Getting to worried about what might constitute "good entertainment" clouds the concerns for "a decent message"... I know it's not your sole purpose to raise others' kids or their awareness, but this "keep your mouth shut" message is just as dangerous as the idea that it's acceptable to spew filth everywhere and all the time (like so many famous entertainers and so much of the media seems to put forth.
All in all, aside from the content situation (and it could be fixed by letting the disruptive child fly into a full-on profanity fill rant) I'd say a decent (if not remarkable) job.
