Mr. McGovern-

First off, let me say that the cartoon was a decent one, and the music goes well with it. The message you had was spread well.

But-

First off, if you people were all the "Phish Phans" you claimed to be, how the hell is it that you didn't happen to pick up the tickets before the money-grubbing whores who "committed nothing less than organized crime"?

Phish Phan #1: "Hey, man, wanna pick up those tickets on the first day?"

Phish Phan #2: "Nah. Let's get stoned and eat some Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream."

Phish Phan #1: "Oh, totally, dude."

(Pot-Induced Laughter here)

Second: Why don't you stop bitching about these people and strike back in ways that are less whiny? Buy all the rare Barry Manilow tickets before a big show and sell them on e-Bay or something.

Finally: I am a Phish fan (I try to refrain from the term "phan" it's too close to the ignorance the word "phat" has propogated), and I think these guys were within their rights. They bought something using their own money, and sold it at a profit. It's the American dream of "Grab All You Can and Fuck the Other Guy".

first, as a peace loving phan i must control my outrage and keep this mellow, but hey, i gotta have my go:
