just enchant your stuff with mp regen and hp regen, this way you finish every room with full health and mana. (mp for heal cast).
transmute helps.
for the final boss you need a lot of potions.
around the final few floors I kept experiencing an unclickable pop up, i guess it was a problem with the ng player, but I was able to select it ("allow") by pressing tab on my keyboard.

its nice, but it can be frustrating since you can lose a massive amount of progress in one go.
Great game, once again had the pleasure to play it. Lots of game mechanics I could've explored, but I'm an alpha damage guy and obliterating everyone was fun!
