The rose could be found from the bathroom in the last episode. And the yellow 5 comes from the columns of entirely yellow liquid.

ok I did i getthe rose from the girl. dispointed to find out she gone this esp.
the rose could mean she likes us but left or she slept with us and escaped with out us.
we will never know which makes me sad.
You can get the Nothing Medal by moving the 5 barrels around untill you get....nothing :)
I can't for the life of me figure out what the clue is for the yellow number!
