In Animation Mentor, I studied a number of different methods for animating, and pose to pose was what I used the most often. Over time, I developed a method that is similar to a layered method, but that I call "Animating to Extremes."
The entire video is too hard to watch on Newgrounds because of the buttons, but if this teaser interests you, please watch and comment on my youtube page: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=um-8qYEtpw0&list=UUOp66HoCzZcA1_FCkhDU0Mw
Thanks so much, and enjoy!
No. The point is to stay on the site we're on, not go to another to do the same thing. We can watch things here, and we can watch things on youtube, but this is the site that's MORE dedicated to animations. It makes sense to have it here, and we're already here anyway. Right?
Break each piece into its own 'episode' and submit it that way. Then you don't have to worry about buttons, or the length being excessive.
Yeah, didn't think of that. Seems a bit cumbersome, though - wouldn't it be easier just to go over to youtube? Not sure..... thanks for sharing, though!
If this video isn't meant to be on Newgrounds, then why did you post it here?
The idea was to at least let people know about it because I thought it was worth sharing; maybe the wrong idea, but that was my thought. Did you get a chance to see it on youtube? I'd be interested in your thoughts!
Pilot for my new show!
A story about a worm, a beetle and a very hungry bird…
New video for you to watch, while we wait for the next plague to happen...
