A game by Terry Paton, updated and improved by Rick van Helden.
i love it, i like all of the effects! how the vector planet spin, how enemy explode, how the turret charge its missile, all of them are beautiful.
I like the bouncing ball effect, it always good to have bouncing things!
style is nice, but after two minutes I had seen enough bouncing balls.
This was a nice twist to the classic Missile Commander games. I like how you can charge your shots, and don't need to time in each one as well, and how you get combos. The vector graphics take me back to Spectre Supreme too, it's an oldskool and stylish design. Nice work!
Nice little game, but it could have been a bit better. I think adding a shop for permanent upgrades would be nice, or at least let people upgrade the firing speed of the default gun (it's slow and too troublesome to use). All in all, it's not bad, but there have been better games. But this is all just my opinion, so don't take me too seriously.
After playing this game for a bit I'd say it has a nice retro feel to it and also the music adds up to the feel nicely. Altough I think it gets pretty repetitive early on.
I was fun for the first two or three levels but afterwards nothing changed in general. No benefits, no difficulty increase. That part was rather disappointing.
The game has nice graphics and everything around it is good but the gameplay part lacks a bit in my opinion. You need to add progress to keep a player hooked.
