The character's movement is way too slow, and there's a lot going on at once. You are very generous with the diminishing scales, but it still can be over whelming to have to muti-task so much. Over all, in all honesty, it's boring.

Interesting concept, didn't realise the civilians were wrecking the grates until it was too late XD First run no rat complaints though, could probably do it flawlessly.

Sounds are a bit repetitive though, maybe some music will help, or being able to hear the street bustle when you go near the grates and more sewery sounds when you go down.

Keep it up popper ^_^

What does it need more of, to be exact?

Nice! Very original and simple concept; I liked it! Only two big problems though; one is the borders for the game. The game literally just EXPLODED and broke off the given borderlines NG normally supplies to its users. Also, the rats are just too extreme. Either lower the rat-count or just get rid of the "Rat Complaint" Box at the end altogether. But hey, it's probably just me.

Keep up the good work dude.

Gamepopper responds:

Thanks. Yeah sorry about the borders, the game was built to run at that size and scaling the window makes the text harder to read.

Also, I see what you mean about the rats. In the meantime you can kill the rats by using the hammer, you can even kill multiple rats with one button press. It's a bit of a balancing act but I want to add as much challenge as I can without making the game too ridiculous.
