Ending was pretty flat.

Voice acting is not so great.

Nice animation.

If you have to explain a short in comments or words outside of a short, I don't consider it generally good.

This is for select audience, and simply it bore me with crappy voice acting, monotone playthrough and very minimal animation quality.

That hell happens to be my childhood. :) lol

On to rating..
The acting could use some work.
I kind of understand where the concept is going according to the game,
Pac-Man 2: The New Adventures
But again, Pac-Man can get over his depression if the player learns from his mistakes and make it better.
Not a bad animation. :)
