What the heck is this?

I can't play the game. I was play and i got to the part where it told me click to move. i left clicked. Nothing happend. Rightclick. nothing. I tryed going to the shops and buying an item and left and right clicked. Nothing. Turned of the toutoreal and tryed agen. Nothing. would of given a rateing of zero but from the revews of others i desied to give a 2.5 because the game sounds good. If its my fault, sory to put your rateing down. if its yours, okease fix. Thnx

I like the hidden abilities, and secrets you can uncover. The system you designed for helmets and magic, was odd, but cool. Being able to finally cast two big spells in a row was great. The game is massive, been playing it for hours. And frankly, that's too long for a RPG online if you ask me! I unlocked a few servants and an extra main character, but I know I missed one. I remember killing him! Really cool, that you can gain and lose protagonists like that. Not sure what the whole 'trance' universe thing was about, and the 'explore' area in the top right of the map with the robots was TOO difficult, and I was grinding a bit. So yea, all and all, it was fun and well played.
If I was going to offer any suggestions they would be, to add the ability to use the status recover spell in menu (maybe add a healing spell earlier on), and introduce some story to the game. You don't want to go overboard, I sort of liked making my own mind up how these weird animals were all meeting and what not, but just a little detail on the protagonists and servants, towns, and etc. Maybe you could include a 'tavern' in every town that you can get some hints and information at. Still don't know what to do or where to go with the RED KEY. Anyway, very good job. Probably the best RPG I've ever played online like this. Thanks.
